Welcome to iREC!
Our program began in January 2025 as a Doctoral Occupational Therapy Capstone Project, with an emphasis on expanding meaningful volunteer experiences in the community and improving independent work. Since the initial Capstone experience, we have been hard at work to maintain these volunteer experiences while developing inclusive and accessible programs.
Our mission is to serve the underserved by providing valuable life experiences to discover interests, make lasting friendships, build confidence, and identify their true purpose! iREC is in it's early development stages, and constantly evolving to best meet the needs of individuals and families in our community.
About
iREC stands for Inclusive Recreation, Employment, and Connected Living. We provide meaningful programs and experiences for individuals of ALL abilities and their families, focused on building a safe community, learning work and life skills, and of course tons of fun!

employment readiness
The Employment pillar focuses on helping individuals understand professional behaviors, build job-related skills, all while receiving support in natural work environments.
