Reports To: Clubhouse Supervisor
Salary Range: $10.00-15.00

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our Golf Course Operations Team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean and enjoyable golf course while providing excellent customer service to golfers. As a Golf Course Attendant, you will assist with daily course operations, maintain golf carts and facilities, and support special events and tournaments.

Qualifications: 
Must be at least 16 years of age and have reliable transportation. Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must pass a criminal background check if 18 years of age or older. 

Essential Job Functions:

1. Prepare golf carts for daily use, including cleaning, fueling, and staging.  

2. Collect, clean, and return golf carts after each use. 

3. Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, cart barn, driving range, practice greens, and surrounding grounds. 

4. Pick up trash, refill water stations, and assist in keeping the golf course facility clean and presentable. 

5. Collect driving range balls using range equipment.   

6. Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting golfers and assisting with questions or concerns. 

7. Report maintenance issues, unsafe conditions, or customer concerns to the Clubhouse Supervisor. 

8. Follow all Valley Rec and Valley Point Golf Course safety policies and procedures. 

Essential Job Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Customer service experience preferred. Previous golf course or outdoor maintenance experience is beneficial but not required.  
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind. Frequent walking, driving golf carts, and repetitive lifting of golf bags, range buckets, and maintenance supplies are required.
